V2ray Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the v2ray platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the v2ray platform through our official website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and v2ray as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms signifies your unconditional acceptance of the latest version. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform in any capacity.
The v2ray platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. Users who access the platform from outside Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring that such use complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. v2ray accepts no liability for any violation of local laws occurring outside Malaysia.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full services of the v2ray platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You bear full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, including instances where your account is accessed by a third party without your authorisation. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must contact the v2ray support team immediately.
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, or selling their accounts to any third party. Users must also not use false identification, unlawful aliases, or impersonate another person during registration or while using the platform. Violations of these rules may result in legal action in addition to account termination.
Platform Terms of Use
Users agree not to misuse the v2ray platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or that may disrupt platform operations. This includes any attempt to hack, manipulate systems, distribute malware, or commit fraud in any form. Users are also prohibited from using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorised third-party software to interact with the platform.
Any misuse of promotional or bonus systems — including attempts to exploit offers beyond their stated limits — constitutes a breach of terms and may result in cancellation of related winnings and account suspension. v2ray reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of fraudulent activity and to take appropriate action.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the v2ray platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including DuitNow and FPX via major Malaysian banks. v2ray does not accept payments in foreign currencies and accepts no liability for any losses arising from currency conversion by third parties.
All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process carried out by v2ray to ensure transaction security. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the v2ray account. v2ray reserves the right to reject or suspend any withdrawal request that does not meet the stipulated verification requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered bank account details are accurate and up to date. v2ray accepts no liability for any delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect banking information provided by the user. Any fees charged by the receiving bank are the sole responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
V2ray shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Where v2ray's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Malaysian law, our maximum total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the v2ray platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, images, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of v2ray or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written consent from v2ray.
Account Suspension and Closure
V2ray reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that fraud, misuse, breach of terms, or any activity posing a risk to the platform or other users has occurred. In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, any credit balance in that account may be forfeited by v2ray.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The v2ray platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. v2ray has no control over the content or privacy policies of such third-party websites and accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of those websites or services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party website before engaging with them.
Changes to These Terms
V2ray reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. Should the dispute remain unresolved, the parties agree to submit it to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
